"grades of a D from an institution will be considered transferable only if the students cumulative GPA at that institution is at least a 2.0 out of 4.0 at the time the work is transferred."
The word "Considered" is in bold.
Do you think:
A) They take your D into consideration if your other grades at the institution bring your GPA up to at least a 2.0
B) They consider it transferable if your overall GPA is a 2.0 no matter what.
I think the part that is throwing me off is "Considered" being bold which makes me think it could be option A.
Here is the situation, I had a A in another class at this institution (Community college) that had 3 credits. I just received a D in a 4 credit class. Those averaged out is a 2.29. So I am just curious what you guys think. Will my D be considered because of my overall GPA is at least a 2.0? Or does it become transferable because my GPA is at least a 2.0 at the community college.
Hopefully this comes across clearly, this has been one hell of a day to say the least. I hope you guys choose option B
