I don't give personal status updates. No one cares about what I had for breakfast. Hell, I don't even care that much, lol. What I will do is put up a status update that discusses something going on in sports or current events as a potential conversation starter. My friends and I will go back and forth expressing opinions and it's interesting to see people's viewpoints on certain subjects.

matt - you know i guess i'm mostly the same way. Although sometimes I do post something like "So happy it's Friday" or something and I guess that's personal. But yeah I don't see any point in telling anyone I had an orange that was somewhat dry for breakfast. I mean WTF LOL

I usually do when something happens or I am doing something that I know will make my core group of friends jealous, or if I experience an inside joke. It's never anything bitching or totally completely pointless.

I hate the people who are constantly complaining in their statuses. Really, 1 or 2 people really give a **** and if you wanna complain call them.

I hate when people on my facebook just put "is" as their status. So it comes up like Jane Doe is. What the hell is the point of that?

olliethebum85 - i know one woman that all she does is say "I may be a witch but I'm better than you" only not the word witch and etc, etc, like she's always just got into an argument with her boyfriend. I asked her why she's so negative and in such a wicked mood all the time and she says "i think it's funny". Haha I guess.

legendkiller - that's how I do as well. I post my thoughts that I know will illicit a reaction, usually political or sports related. I update my status about once every couple of days during the week and usually once a day on the weekends. Not a lot but then my posts usually get a lot of replies.

Even worse than that, I hate when people allude to something being wrong, and then when one or two (at the most) people ask what's wrong, they reply with something like:

"Nothing."
"I don't want to talk about it on here."
"I'll text you."

I never do this, so I'm not sure when it annoys me, but when someone post "call me" or "I miss you we need to talk" anything along those lines. Just pick up your own damn phone and text them.

I looked back, and I've posted 8 statuses since the beginning of the month. Most of them are funny observations or funny quotes or a good song lyric. I'm not one of those people that posts "gym, work, sleep lol." No one really cares that much about my life. But if I have something in my head that I think people would find humorous or interesting, I'll post it.

For instance, I went to a Mexican restaurant on July 4 for $1 tacos without realizing that I was eating foreign cuisine on the day of American independence until the waitress said something. My reply to her was that nothing is more American than $1 tacos. I thought it was funny, so I updated my status that day to say "Nothing is more American than $1 tacos."

Same, except I update more than 8 times a month. Then again, I bitch/observe a lot.

Speaking of Facebook statuses...

This girl has a status that says, "LIAR AND A FAKER", I'm guessing alluding to something being wrong.

So this guy asks if everything's ok. And how does she respond? "Leave me alone. I'm not in the mood to be questioned.".....He then responds by saying he was just seeing if everything was alright with her and if there was a problem. Again, how does she respond?

"Do you really understand English??? I said LEAVE ME ALONE. what if I tell you everything is not okay with me??? what the hell are you gonna do?? GET OFF MY PAGE SON!!!!!!!!!!!!"
