Well that's a major plus. Is the place of employment where you would like to make a career or is it a place you could easily see yourself leaving for something else?

The job is simply holding me over until I finish school (finish at the end of this coming fall semester).

Our child is not of this world. He's only 16 months old and today he spent 10 minutes at full speed in a bounce house (where he tackled a bigger kid multiple times, to be fair the kid was taunting him saying you can't catch me) then went up and down a 2 story slide 5 straight times. Last week he climbed up a rope ladder at the park and jumped out of a swing to land on his feet. I should turn him into a Rover when he starts playing football.

I've not had a Saturday to myself in a long time. We always have plans on Saturday. Wife is at work, I'm going to play NCAA literally all day.

You sir are fortunate. Here's my "weekend" schedule.
*Today is my Friday FYI...I get Sunday/Monday night off*

Saturday-Monday
3:30-7:00 --- Work off duty at a park (drive around in patrol car, browse OS)
7:00-10:00 --- Shop online and research purcahses I want to make
10:00-6:15am --- Patrol my response area
6:30-11:45---Sleep, yay 5 hours!!!
1:00-3:30--- Adult league baseball game
4:00--- Me & gf will meet my mom for a little bit to hang out, yay...
Rest of the night- hang out with the girl the rest of the night. Get to bed early I hope!
1:00PM Monday --- Work off duty at a bank until 5:30PM, oh well they pay well
6:00PM--- Lift
Post lift --- FREE TIME YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NCAA!!!!!!!!

Then Tuesday I don't go into work until 10PM and I can do what I want all day with no off duty on my plate. HOORAY!!!!

Gotta make it to 5:30PM Monday

just sold Madden for $55.

Also...think I may have gotten a bit of food poisoning or something. Went to Texas Roadhouse and got BBQ chicken, baked potato, and salad, and about 30 minutes after eating, I started vomiting violently and having to browse OS on the throne.

Feeling better now, but damn..what a rough 30-45 minutes.

What a crappy summer health wise. About a month ago, I got a wicked stomach virus that had me glued to the toilet for a day. Now i've got a nasty headcold. Nothing like having to blow your nose every few minutes.
