I am rooting for hurricanes. Maybe they kill people, but that's just weather. I root for snowstorms, hurricanes, and tornadoes because they are interesting and I think most meteorologists would say the same thing even if they don't admit it.

I find this funny yet disturbing at the same time.

It's just weather and I'm fascinated by it. It's most likely going to be my future career field. Me rooting for it doesn't make the storms any worse. Your local meteorologist may be saying that "Oh my, we're having a terrible, nasty snowstorm out there tonight!", but in reality he is most likely overjoyed that it snowed.

The Atlantic hurricane seasons the last few years have sucked, anyways, so it's about time something decent happens regarding them. This was supposed to be a big year, but it hasn't really been thus far (though we're only around midway through the season).

My local meteorologist is overjoyed when we have bad weather simply because that means her fat *** gets more TV time.

So, does anyone know if there's a Firefox add-on that will let me make the toolbar/address bar smaller or minimize it?

I just made the switch back to Firefox because Chrome was being a pain in the ***, so I'm missing the extra screen space that Chrome gave me.

That was absolute shenanigans. I have 1 question: Did EA pay this guy or did he work at EA. That part confuses me because he had other names that played 2K.


Valiant effort at the end though, where he signs on his other user names to tell everyone to back off. This is exactly why we need a Hall of fame.

Amazing though, the thread started at 130AM, Ended at 3:55 AM, and had 21 pages... Ridiculous.

J/k. I'm also facinated yet terrified by tornados and hurricanes. I love storms, yet they are scary. Just like I love airplanes and flying, yet it scares me...

Ugh, I start grad school today.

I haven't actually been nervous for school starting since my first semester four years ago.

At Maryland it was more like "eh" whereas now it's like "what if the teachers are mean and the kids don't like me? What if I can't join in their reindeer games?"
