It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.Comment

Bullied Teen, 14, Steps in Front of Tractor-Trailer - Pa. boy Brandon Bitner is the latest victim of torment to kill self
What a way to go.......remember when the press didn't report on suicides out of courtesy and fear of copycats. Sad that one last little bit of ethics they had ended.....
See, this is getting ridiculous. Who among us wasn't bullied at one time in our lives?
It happens. Deal with it. Learn to fight back by taking a karate class or something. But I feel this is where our next generation is heading-----a bunch of wimps. And now there's laws on the books that protect against bullying.
Was that really necessary? Where are the parents? My dad pulled me aside when I was being bullied in grade school and showed me how to fight back. He basically said take out the bigger of the two kids, and the others will stop.
It worked.
Of course, this was before punks brought guns to school, but still.
Bullies in general pick on people they don't think will ever fight back. Once you do actually fight back, they usually move on to another "victim".
Whatever happened to this logic!? Now, parents sue, kids commit suicide, etc.
Sad.....

You must be a preacher because you're speaking the gospel. I didn't post the picture out of respect, but well to be honest this kid looked like an easy target. Teaching kids to fight back his empowering them not only against bullies but for life. That said what I don't get it if the schools aren't really going to punish it, well then go get a restraining order. Bully will be much less tough being the bitch behind the bars in juvie.Comment

What's sad about this is that it's becoming a "gay kids bullied" issue, and a "straight kids being called gay" issue. Bullying IS a problem, and creating awareness is a big deal. Schools have never done much about bullies of any kind. Can't bring a squirt gun to school but if you insult a kid (any kid) ad nauseum nothing is done.See, this is getting ridiculous. School have done more than they have in the pass, but the bottom line the school can only do so much. The parents need to teach their kids not to be bullies. What's sad about this is that it's becoming a "gay kids bullied" issue, and a "straight kids being called gay" issue.
