Never watched it though I do watch Discovery Health. The title of the show is actually "I'm Pregnant And . . ." Each episode chronicles expectant mothers in different situations such as being bipolar, paralyzed, in jail, on drugs, a hoarder, etc.

Actually, there was already a documentary on DHC with a similar title. It was about 2 Indian sisters joined at the pelvis (Ischipagus). I imagine the reason these extreme conditions are always reported on people from other countries is because the people are poor and either can't afford the surgery to correct their condition or do not have access to the necessary medical care.
