I've played NCAA 10, never owned it, but I'd recommend 2k8 over NCAA 10, just felt like it played better.

There are user made roster updates for the 2011 season.

I think there's rosters for 2k8. EA locked the ability to change a player's class in NCAA, so I doubt there's rosters for it.

That was the tiebreaker for me when I went to buy a college bball game this year. Plus 2k8's only $4.99, so that helped.
