I used to hate yogurt growing up as a kid... I then started loving sour cream in high school, but was still afraid to try yogurt. (I do not eat too much dairy products anymore)

Well I am on a strict diet at the moment with my training, so I was told by my good friend and personal trainer that yogurt is good for a snack due to the calcium, protein and other essential nutrients for the diet.

So I decided to go out and buy this brand, since I heard "Greek Style" is better than most.

And boy I am HOOKED. This stuff is BANGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!



So I stock up every few weeks at a clip. This flavor is my fave, but I also like blueberry, strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate.

I've never been a fan of Greek yogurt... I want to like it, but the texture gets me everytime.

Bummer I just checked and no Aussies stores that I could find carry that. I love greek yoghurt but lots of them over here have massive fat content and not enough protein to make it worthwhile...

Raspbery is good, Vanilla was not vanilla enough, and same for honey. But Strawberry, and ESPECIALLY strawbs and naners! YUM!

Yeah, these are very, very low fat. And super smooth and creamy, like the consistency of pudding!

The strawbs and naners use 2%, but the strawberry flavor, raspberry, blueberry and pomegranate is 0%.

I can't eat it straight up.

I add it into my protein shakes. Masks the taste.
