Re: How do you sleep ?
Yeah fans don't do it for me either. So I stick with the A/C. It sucks paying more but I can't stand sleeping when I'm hot.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: How do you sleep ?
I ask because I like listening to someone soft spoken. I'll listen to various interesting interviews and it really puts me in a calm state.Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.Comment

Re: How do you sleep ?
If you want some good "soft-spoken" ones, it's always nice to hear a British director (Christopher Nolan, Paul Greengrass, etc.) do one as they provide direct insight to their directorial accomplishments. And strangely one of the most intriguing ones was Rob Cohen's track for The Fast and the Furious.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Adjust your A/C vent in the room to blow on you and then with the fan, it should feel at least 5 degrees cooler.Comment

Lights off, tv off, cold enough that I need a blanket, 2 pillows. Usually on my side, but I toss and turn.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Re: How do you sleep ?
I can usually sleep through anything. I sleep with all lights off, on my stomach with my arm under my pillow under my head usually. I don't really care if a fan is on or not or if the AC is on or not. As long as whatever's on is making a steady, consistent noise, I'm good.[NYK|DAL|VT]

I also agree with cold (though, I guess cool is better). Just like a few others, I love cuddling under a blanket. Hate the summer at night. Ruins everything.
No television or this noise everyone speaks of here. That's crazy to me. But I guess I have the street to listen to. There's enough moms yelling at their kids (why are kids out so late?) and men arguing over a game of dominos to help me take my journey into 6-8 hours of bliss.
I don't like pillows but I'll typically lay on one just because it's there.
Also, on my back with as little clothing as possible. Picture it. You like it. Boxers or shorts, lights off, TV on, my husky laying at my feet curled up in a ball, fan or window air conditioner on, and a blanket on. I know the fan/a/c deal is odd with a blanket or but it's just odd. I'll get too hot with the fan off, or too cold with it on and no blanket.

Re: How do you sleep ?
LOL @ domino playing into the wee hours of the night.......
When I grew up in Chicago people didn't play dominos too much, very rare actually. Instead they played spades and craps. People loved craps so much in Chicago people use to steal the dice out of all the board games that had dice, like monopoly, sorry, life, etc. at Toys R Us.
Far as the kids being out late, I could relate to that growing up, kids in my neighborhood would be out at like 2 and 3am. Heck in chicago at 3am you would see tons of people still out walking around as though it was the afternoon.
Mainly because restaurants in chicago didn't close until 3 or 4am. So if you wanted something to eat, you could just walk a block or 2 to the nearest Vienne's restaurant and get you a pizza puff or italian beef.Comment

He didn't touch her or anything, but was in her face. Honestly, I let it go, didn't think anything of it, because he was right. Why are kids out in the street at 2 am.
