Has anyone used this before? What are your impressions of it if you have?

I use it. It's not bad allows me to video call my friends or just call them and talk over mic. It's really nice but I have seem to notice if you're on wifi when you skype call someone or they call you it always doesn't connect first try. If you have skype credits you can pretty much call any number from what I see.

My dad loves it and been trying to get me to use it. But I can't stand it. MSN Messenger is my go-to online chat/cam application.

I use it and like it, but I could go with different sounds. Reminds me too much of Apple for some reason. I think there's a way to change them or import my own, but I'm too lazy to do so.

I had a trial of ooVoo as well and it seems the premium features were actually pretty legitimate, but one thing that I couldn't get over was the mirrored image of yourself on screen. Skype normalizes this, and for some reason it irritates me seeing the flipped video.

Reason for asking is because I was looking for a good messenger to download. Thanks for the comments guys. Definitely will be a download.

I use Skype a lot to talk to my friends up in West Virginia. I love it.
