I think you should be allowed to. Why not? Keep high standards. If you get dicked in a game, series, something, then yeah. If your team doesn't perform like they should have, sure.

Hmm good question but there are far too many variables. You sometimes have teams that stay very good and competitive, others that slide off into mediocrity due to age and other factors and then you get teams completely fall off the map.
Generally, i'd hold the team to high standards but depending on the three variables I mentioned my reaction would vary. Put it this way, I would still expect said team to at the very least be a playoff contender/serious title contender.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
