Lol, well I personally was just making a joke, so if the others are getting riled up, then who knows? IMO though, most of the guys outside of "get a life" dude up above were just kidding around, so I also find it slightly odd how upset the people that are defending him are getting.

He racked up a TON of gamerscore points, of course we're going to give him a LITTLE bit of a hard time... it doesn't mean I (or others) don't still think it's a cool accomplishment. People can do whatever they want with their lives, I could care less honestly, but damn, we've got jokes flying around in the "baby killed during farmville" thread that everyone is laughing about, yet we can't have a little fun with this story?

Seems the sensitivity is a LITTLE high in here.

Whether some of the comments in this thread have been facetious or not, the point that this man, or anyone, should not be chastised for having a hobby stands.

Pretty cool. I find it funny that people are quick to say that he has "no life." There is a fine line I guess. If you get too good at games, then you venture into the "no life" territory in the minds of some. I didn't play a single game for 10 (97-07) years. Now, I play quite a bit. I consider myself having a better life now, than I did before. I guess all that matters is if his woman is fine with it, and he has money to burn, and time to do it, why not play all the time? I probably would do the same thing.

For example to the person asking about gamerscore, I'm probably the biggest achievement whore on OS, and my gamerscore is at 83,000.

For those wondering, I'm married (to a real life female who's American, not a mail order bride), I have a son, and a kid on the way (both of which are mine).

Post pics with her holding a piece of paper with your OS name on it or it isn't true.

Well now I can say I know somebody with a score that high.....I don't know, I never was that type of gamer to want to get 100%, unless you got something good for doing it, like an alternative ending or something.

Most games I beat say 88% complete when I am done.

There's actually multiple photos of my son holding an Xbox controller when he was 5 days old It was my facebook profile for a long time.

Too much sensitivity among men these days. I don't know if it's the 'PC' world we live in now or what... and I think the girl is hot. Not ridiculous, chase after that hot, but definitely hot. Nobody that's single is saying no to her.

I bought my Xbox360 on day 1 it launched. I am a above average gamer. I play pretty much 7 days a week for hour or so a day. I work all day, get off of work, make a drink, spend some time with the lady, then wind down before bed with a hour or two of gaming.

I have close to 100 games on 360 and close to 200 across PS3, 360, PC combined. With that said my gamer score is only at 14,900.

That means he is ahead by 485,100!! FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND. He has also played over 500 more games than I have.

My point is that, I live a normal life of work, family, me time, and time with friends outside the house. Even with that said, I still play 360 more than most I know. I also own more games than most I know. To get a gamer score in the 500,000 range and to play close to 700 games. You literally have to spend 99% of your time playing video games. There is not much to debate there, you have to spend a insane amount of time holding a controller, staring at a TV screen, playing 360 to do sometime like this.

I personally stand that he has ZERO life. That is not a personal attack on his character like the "sensitive" in here might comment on. But is a true assessment of his life. He spend the vast vast majority of his time getting a fake made up number that could easily be "outdated" at some point in the future on consoles. It is such a waste of time it is not even funny.

Just try and attempt playing 700 games through and through. That thought is mind numbing.
