I'd just ask her if she wants to go out for dinner and a movie/bowling/skating/whatever you people do in your area sometime. More one on one face time could be beneficial to see what kind of relationship you really have. Worst case scenario is she doesn't like you in that way, but you can continue the relationship as friends. To quote a 10 Years song - You've got nothing to lose, so what is your excuse?

If you do take her out, take her somewhere outside of your neighborhood. Nothing worse then going out on a 1st date and damn near 1/4 of your school is at the same movie theatre.

Yes, this. I should have specified, as you definitely are looking for a more one-on-one situation then potentially running into any of your or her friends.

This is for all the OS members that have some good girl advice etc.

So I'm a Junior in high school at the moment, and there is this girl in like 5 of my classes that I like. We talk a lot at school and text on a pretty daily basis. She thinks I'm really funny. She'll talk to me things that happen at home, (for example) Her dog is about to die and she was telling me about it, and this girl was getting on her nerves and she was talking to me about and asking if she did the correct thing. During my World History class she came straight to me when we got to study in groups. We'll talk for long periods of time in class if were not doing anything.

Sometimes I'll know she staring at me and I'll try to avoid it, and there has been a couple of times where we both catch each other staring. She also calls me "Joe" for some unknown reason. I know these are not the best details, but do the best you can.



I just want know if she likes me and what signs should I look out for. I would read around the internet, but I think I would believe more of what users here on OS have to say rather then some stranger I see on Yahoo Answers.

-She Stares at you.

-You talk and text all the time

-She went straight to you in the group

-She thinks you're funny.

Hell yeah she likes you.


WTF are you waiting for? I know this is forward but grow some balls and go after her, if you wait too long you can fall into that friend zone.

Today is Saturday so I would text or call her and and ask her to do something tonight with you.

I'm not going to tell you if she likes you or not, and NO ONE here knows it for sure, because each person is different and you can never know what happens next. If you like her and want to get together, I'd say just talk to her and ask her. If not, no reason you should care about it anyway.


One tip for this generation: STOP TEXTING(!!!) and start meeting/talking over the phone. The world is outside, not in your cellphone. Geez! Every time I watch an NBA game, there are always some girls in the crowd texting and not even looking at the game... Same thing when going to a movie...
