We had 4 practices (3 at the school, 1 at the church the ceremony was actually at) for graduation. We didn't need them at all.

Many years ago.......my high school graduation pracitce was 3 hours long in my non air conditioned high school auditorium. Actual graduation was 90 minutes long in the same non air conditioned high school auditorium.

It was awful.......graduation was June 18th and it was 94 degrees outside, but in that room it was 110.......People were sweating down.

For college.......we didn't have a graduation practice. Dean was like damn it we all adults, you walk down the right side of the room, go up on stage on the left side, walk across, shake hands, pause, go back to your seat.

They got swept so nothing happened. I told the student pres that if there was a game we should've had the ceremony during halftime.

Agreed. I'd LOVE Al to do a sequel. I'd be in the theater at midnight, bringing everyone I've ever met (ever).

Meh, when I graduated, they branded us on our back with the HS logo and gave us a pick axe and shovel and put us to work in the mines immediately following.

Actually my graduation was very boring but quite comfortable in the local sports complex that was air conditioned. I did sneak in a flask of liquor though. That was cool.

Yeah that's what I might have to do cause I could see myself doing and enjoying all of my current options, but can't narrow it down. I'll have to do some research cause I register for summer classes when I go up for orientation the 25th. Gonna call my uncle he's a HC for a HS down in the miami area so i'll see how that career is like.

For high school we had like 5 graduation practices. Some were inside some on the football field because we didn't know whether graduation would be inside or outside cuz of rain. They switched the days for indoor and outdoor without telling people, so everyone had to sit in the sun for like 2 hours without sunscreen and everyone got burned for graduation.

College we didn't have any practice, just showed up and did it. College graduation was horrible, they didn't even announce names or anything. We just sat through a boring speech, then sat there waiting for 5,000 + people to go up, get their diploma, and take a picture.
