Indeed once I started touching my eye it was fine, now it's just hard adjusting to the contacts kinda feels similar to when i first used my glasses

What ever you do, don't fall asleep with contacts in your eyes. Even though the so called new breathable ones, you can't fall asleep with them in your eyes.

Over the years, sleeping with them in will cause damage to your eyes.

My niece found that out last year when she had to have surgery on her eyes from sleeping with breathable contacts for 10 years.

I was surprised with how little difficulty I had when my wisdom teeth were pulled out. The first day sucked, but the next day I was fine.

Yeah, mine were pretty easy too. Think I only needed the pain meds for about 1 1/2 days and never took more than 1/2 a pill at once.

I was born without them.

Lucky. I only had 3 though, one of the uppers (left I think) was missing.

I really need glasses, but don't want to get them. How stupid is that?

I don't think I could do contacts, but I've tried before and couldn't put them in and I have a bad astigmatism.

EDIT: Last time I went to the eye doctor was a little over 5 years ago and he was surprised I never worse glasses before. 5 years later, I still don't wear them.

I really need to get to an ophthalmologist too. My pediatric ophthalmologist retired and I never got the name of a new one. I have a birth defect in which the bottom halves of my retinas failed to develop so because it's a neural defect glasses won't really help me for anything but reading.

I once was grilling bacon on my George Foreman grill and stepped on it, burning my foot really bad. I had to have a co-worker come pick me up from work and on the way he got into a wreck and got a concussion. I was so upset with my co-workers though. I came in with this serious injury and none of them even appreciated it.

So nobody asked the obvious question of what the hell your grill was doing on the floor in the first place or were you walking on your counter?

Those grills are usually shut, too, right? It's like you have to kick'em open and then burn yourself.

Don't forget that these grills usually have a heat setting too, so you can turn it down so you can't burn yourself as badly.
