Kinda surprised to get on here today and read the feelings toward the NBA. I'd honestly rather give up half the NFL season. I can still watch Michigan and won't have to suffer through angry sundays from 1pm-4pm.

Do you think you'd still feel that way if the Lions won the SB in 2004, and the Pistons had 41 wins total in the last three years?

Indifferent on both honestly. The NBA can kiss my ***, but I wouldn't miss the NFL that much. Still have Michigan, NHL/college hockey, and soccer to watch.

Went to McD's for breakfast today. I paid 5.02 for a 3.52 total. I got two dollars back in change. This is a huge victory.

Well done, but I probably would have told them about it. I like when they've already typed in what they think you're about to give them and you come with the late coins. That confuses the hell out of some cashiers.

Hmm, tough call. Currently, the Lions have a better shot at making the playoffs than the Pistons anyway. There's a decent chance the 'Stones could be the worst team in the east next year.

For me it would come down to availability of broadcasts lol. I won't even be able to watch the Pistons this year except for online stream (which blows). So if the games made available on the local channels (hello HD antenna ) I'd have no problem picking hoops. Plus there's like 20x as many NBA games than NFL games so the more viewing the better! Not to mention half the Lions home games get blacked out anyway...

Am I putting too much thought into this?

The Lions are ahead of the Pistons in terms of who is closer to the playoffs.

Yes.

The Lions are ahead of the Pistons in terms of who is closer to the playoffs.

The Chiefs are closer to making the playoffs than the Royals and I'd still rather watch baseball.

If you aren't, you're missing out. I swear if you follow one OSer, you have to follow 30 to keep up to date on the random conversations. I can't tell you how many times 10 of us have been carrying on a conversation via Twitter.
