That is why I almost always dust my room on a daily basis.

Has anyone ever gotten to the point where I am where their sleep schedule is so messed up? I have been getting 3 hours of sleep, then 5, then 3 again, then 7, then 4 and I feel perfectly fine. I have energy and can do all my normal things. The only thing is I have no desire to work out. It also annoys me that I am staying up past 5 every day and waking up before noon.

I really want to get back on my normal schedule, but just can't. Should I pull an all nighter on the weekend so I get tired and then go to sleep when I normally would? I think if I was back on my normal schedule I'd be motivated to work out again.

My sleep schedule becomes really irregular anytime I don't have anything important to do on a constant basis (I.E. School or work). Somehow It always fixes itself like a day or two before I get back into it though.

It's been about a week and I am still off schedule pretty bad. If I lay down I still won't fall asleep until at least after 5. Last night I got in bed at 3:30 and fell asleep at 7. I guess a pill could help me out, but I hate taking any medication.
