Yes very good point. All Carolina BBQ is pulled pork. Big difference between that and brisquit or beef based BBQ

Oooh... I'll be heading down to Charlotte to stop by Ikea next week. I might have to convince my fiance to go to that BBQ place in Gastonia.

EDIT: And done. I'll be getting some good ol' BBQ next Friday (or Saturday). Huzzah!

I PM'ed you the website for R.O.'s. There's another place in Charlotte, about 5 minutes from my parent's house, called BBQ King. It's been featured on Diners, Dives, and Drive-Ins (or whatever it's called) on the Food Network. Pretty fantastic BBQ there too. They actually sponsored my Little League team so I was able to eat for free there for 4 years when I was a kid. If you have the time, I recommend checking that place out too

Which one would you suggest? We're literally only going to stop in there for lunch for a pulled pork sandwich.

Also, I've never tried the mustard-based sauces, and I don't really want to on a long car trip day.

You really can't go wrong with either. BBQ King is going to be closer to IKEA. I don't think either place uses mustard-based sauces so you should be good on that end

Is there any easy way to fix the resolution of a desktop background? I found a bunch of cool ones I want to use but they are a little bit too big and get cut off at parts. Annoying me a lot lol

Spending money like crazy this month..........

Beginning of the month bought 100 gallon of oil for $368, that usually lasts 3 months during the spring and summer.

Today bought 2 tons of wood pellets for $600. Hopefully this winter won't be as cold. Last year ran out of pellets had to rely on oil, which caused me to buy oil every 6 weeks.
