Ugh, I saw a medium sized spider on my wall just now. Reached for the fly swatter I keep near the computer and he dropped off the wall.... behind the couch. I don't like this...

Were you on the computer at the time?

That seems to be the only time I see spiders, and it drives me crazy. I always feel like I'm going to be focusing something on the screen, and the thing is just going to come out of nowhere and attack me. A couple nights ago I leaned back to stretch, looked up, and saw a spider coming down from the ceiling. Damn thing would have landed on my head if I hadn't seen it. I think they're getting smarter.

I was on the computer lol I only see them out of the corner of my eye and it's like ****! It's not as bad now living on the top floor, but when I used to have a basement room it was bad.

Spider stories..

When I was at boy scout camp (13 maybe?) I came back to the tent thing (it was really a wood floor type deal with 2 cots and a tent of some heavy fabric) and with my flashlight I saw like 4 ENORMOUS spiders on the cieling directly over where my head would have been. Ooooooooh my God

I was watching TV and went to get a drink, came back to see a big spider (wolf spider) on the wall about a foot above the couch. Went to get something to kill it and came back and it was gone

I was out on the dock in South Carolina by myself when out of nowhere this crab/spider type thing crawls across my legs. Just about ate my testicles. I stood up and spent wayyyy too much effort destroying that thing

I was washing the car one time and a spider was crawling on top. This dude had balls the size of basketballs. I had a paper towell I was gonna smash it with but he was doing the spider dance with his legs in the air like he wanted to fight. What spider fights a human? I got rid of him quickly but damn

When I was 12 I was running around my neighborhood with some friends. We were playing some kind of game in the dark and I remember running underneath a tree branch and into a spider web. I completely freaked out. Some of the web got in my mouth and I started throwing up because I thought I ate the spider. And of course in my imagination it was the biggest spider ever made. I ripped off my shirt and shorts and ran home in my underwear while vomiting/screaming.

Every once in a while, I'll be in bed sleeping and feel something on my legs. I freak out, get out of bed, change clothes, strip my bed, and end up sleeping on the couch.

I have an unhealthy fear of spiders

EDIT: I just threw up again from remembering that story.. seriously

All of these spider stories are making me so itchy...

I don't really have a fear of bugs, but when it comes to spiders I assume every spider is extremely poisonous and wants to eat you.

Yeah seriously, I've found myself being pretty cautious when it comes to spiders, I scan the corners of most of the rooms in my house a lot, Even though there aren't many spiders inside of my house it's just became a habit.

As soon as I say there aren't very many spiders in my house I go out to get a drink of water and I see a big *** spider just chilling on my wall.

I hate spiders but That's pretty extreme, haha. I had a similar experience years ago while I was getting off the bus from school, and was walking up my driveway. My house was in a wooded area, so as I was walking up under a tree, I walked straight into a huge spider web, with a big fat furry spider right in the middle. Needless to say I freaked the **** out, ripped off my shirt and threw down my bag and did an immediate pat down to make sure it wasn't on me anywhere. Damn things.
