Our discount isn't near as good as it used to be. It used to be 5% over what Best Buy paid for it, so I'd get $100 cables for like $10 and $10 cables for like $0.60. It was great. But then they capped it at a max 50% off. So that $100 cable now costs $50. It sucks, because I wouldn't pay near that for any of our cables. As for other things, I usually get about $10 off any new game, and it varies on stuff cheaper than that. I mean, it's still way better than most companies, so I can't complain there, but it sucks they took away one of the best reasons to work there.
As for the girls, it's hit or miss at my store. But overall, I think we hire pretty well.
