My great aunt baffles me. For some odd reason, her and her significant other got this idea to move to Florida, more specifically a backwoods-y type place (Tavares I think it's called). When they showed how serious they were, it was ridiculously puzzling...they both have decent jobs here, one gets to take their dog to work, and my great aunt's father is not in the greatest shape health wise. Last week they went down there to visit some family/job hunt, and judging by the pictures on Facebook, they did very minimal job hunting and didn't come back with any progress. You'd think this would make them hold off, but no, they're likely gone by early April. Their response to getting a job? "It's alright, we'll find jobs". I can understand optimism, but to up and leave and just assume you're going to get jobs is freaking asinine, especially in today's job climate.

Kinda reminds me of my roommate. She has 2 teaching jobs here in Saginaw but has become utterly obsessed with moving to NYC. It's unreal, like she's been brainwashed or something. She's at the point where she can't even fathom life without living in NYC. So her plan is to move out from our Duplex and stay with her friend in town. Her friend is a newlywed and also a new mother. She'll stay there until August when she can move to NYC with another friend (also married) and get a teaching job. New York is not hiring teachers, in fact last year they laid off 3,000 of them. I don't understand why she thinks this is a good idea. It gets better... her backup plan is to leave after 1 year if/when she doesn't get a job. She would then move to "Korea" and teach English. She does not speak any language other than English but "rumor has it" they want teachers from America in Korea to teach English. This is her plan.

Why does espn think their viewers want to hear about NFL negotiations, especially every single thing that happens.
