I really need to branch out on my condiment selections. Usually, I just go with ketchup and diced onions. Since you're a chef, chefdad, what do you suggest?

Oh god...Oh God...

That reminds me, we have this great hot dog place in my hometown, Hot Dog Heaven. The Chili Cheese Dogs are so awesome.

i'm going to have to hit them up when I go back.

I've had Malt Vinegar sprinkled all over a dish of fish and chips, and it was quite good. So yay on Malt Vinegar.

Nay.........I hate that, every damn place you go in Canada, in Quebec anyway they always give you a cup of vinegar for your fries. It is like that in some places in Europe too.

Anyway I can't stand vinnegar at all. Easily one of my most hated things on the planet, the smell is like diaper + rotten eggs to me.

For condiments on hot dogs, I'm a sauerkraut, diced onions, stone ground mustard, pickled jalapeno guy. I rarely use ketchup on a hot dog.

My 3 favorite dogs are that one,

2. Chili cheese dog with mustard and diced yellow onions.

3. Not so much a dog but a brat, at ATT Park I get the bratwurst sand with grilled fajita veggies, sauerkraut, and mustard.
