So I had one of the most fun, intense chest workouts today. It was nothing special, just bench press, but it was work. My friend and I are both equal in strength, our squat numbers are the same, our bench numbers are the same, his power clean is higher, but anyways... we did a set workout that was...
70% 8 reps
75% 6 reps
80% 4 reps
85% 3 reps
90% 2 reps
95% 1 reps
70% 4 reps
We did all of those sets, then started a competition when I did 5 reps on that last set. We always joke around about how I always am able to do one more rep than him even though our numbers are the same, so I did 5 for fun, but it turned into nice friendly competition. He did 2 to take the lead, I did 3 to gain a 2 lead, he did 3, I did 3, and so on. I eventually gained a big boost after we went back and forth 5-6 times and I git 5 reps. He tried and did 4, so I did do one more rep than him, but we both got an awesome workout.
I'd say we probably did around 25-30 reps each during the competition. I don't know how we kept going because we would do 2-3 reps at a time before the 3-4th rep was a failed one.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Anyone ever ate at Cajun Steamer ?
While shopping with some friends from work, we decided to stop because I've heard about their draft selection..
The food was pretty good, I had skewered jerk chicken on dirty rice with some fried green tomatoes on the side..
