I did watch the first couple episodes of The Wire sometime earlier this year. They were pretty good, but that was when I had a much ****tier computer, so that didn't help matters.

I'm gonna have to try to go through it again. The thing that sucks is that, for me personally, TV shows are hard to get into. It's like joining a new family or something.

I feel you. I've gotten into TV shows much more over the past few years and it's really actually killed movies for me. I think Super 8 is the only new movie that I've watched in 2011. Back to the point, I just can't get invested in characters in movies the way I can in TV shows. For example: when a character dies in a movie I'm like "so what? I've been watching this guy for like an hour and a half. Am I really supposed to care that he just took a bullet in his skull". However, when a main character gets knocked off in a series, (especially if it's a character I love) then it almost feels like you lost a member of your family. Bottom line is TV Shows > movies.

I'm lucky I graduated with only $1,000 in loans. It was a pain in the *** at the time, but I'm glad my dad got on me my senior year of HS to apply for as many scholarships as I could. I ended up getting a lot of them.

$250 ain't bad though. I have a couple friends who are in much worse shape.

Oh yeah, definitely not bad at all.

Great news! I figured that was the case, but wanted confirmation. I will apply for FAFSA, however, I want to try to pay as much as possible out of pocket.

The $250 isn't so bad for me right now. However, I basically take a hit on what I am saving. I was saving some where along $400-500 a month, now it'll be about $300-350 a month.

If I didn't have the CC debt I have, that savings monthly would balloon to about $600-700.
