      Re: Hot Sauce

I'm not a big fan of putting hot sauce on stuff tho idk why, it's not that it isn't too hot for me cause trust me it's not but I guess I don't like extra sauces on my foods cause I don't use salad dressing or BBQ sauce on chicken

The only hot sauce worth mentioning is Tabasco.

              Re: Hot Sauce

I like the flavor of Louisiana, Tabasco is good too. Siriacha is just insanely hot, but I do use it on occasion.

I have tried a couple Caribbean hot sauces and they are good as well.

To be honest I don't care all that much for the sauces that are just heat. I want to enjoy the flavor more than I want to sweat into my food.

The other kind I use is from a wing place - Quaker Steak and Lube. It's called "Buckeye BBQ" sauce. It's a spicy BBQ...more taste than pure spice though. http://quakersteak.securetree.com/Pr...ing-Sauce.aspx.
Buckeye BBQ is freakin awesome. I just had it with wings the other day. I think I am gonna try it on steak or chicken next time.

Hmm Never saw it around here before. I will look into it. Thanks.

I was wondering if anyone else had tried any of the sauces from Quaker Steak and Lube before. I know they have a bunch of restaurants in PA and some in OH and FL, but not sure how many other areas. Very good wings and sauces IMO.

                        They have one in Buffalo.

I use franks I buy the huge jug and it last me 10-12 months. I will also mix it with this

Elmore Smith BBQ sauce. He used to play on the Buffalo Braves and his sauce is so good. I only use hot sauce on chicken though.

When I went on my SE Asia trip a few years ago, I stopped by the local KFC... The chicken was much smaller in size compared to the states, but the funny thing was that Sriracha bottles were on every table along with the napkins: it's pretty much used as commonly as ketchup is used here.
