I'm still not a fan of going GI Joe, but it's a hell of a lot better than the Hokie Tracks.

Yeah it's a lot better. Actually, if I were into collecting helmets i'd definitely want to get that camo VT helmet. Surprisingly the VT logo looks good in that scheme.

God dammit, Nike.

If Nike is that lazy they might as well not do the shoulder loops.

That right there is the epitome of how the modern cut of football uniforms is a bad bad thing.

You guys are looking at the shoulder stripes, but to me that's not the major problem with these unis. The biggest problem is right above the numbers.

The lack of blue anywhere but on the outline of the numbers is also worse than the placement of the shoulder stripes to me. I'm with Watson's word choice though.

and I don't understand why you hate the new cut style so much. Nike and Adidas have gotten better about just not having sleeves at all, but do you really prefer the floppy "quarterback" sleeves? I mean I know you're old school and all, but come on

I think my favorite part of that picture, aside from the horrid uniforms, is the "THIS IS A BIG DEAL" smoke for the reveal of uniforms for Central ****ing Michigan.
