Thoughts on new A&M jersey?

I love them. They're a new take on a throwback, and they look a lot better than what Adidas made them wear last year. The only complaint that I have is that they didn't bevel the aTm on the helmet when they used beveling everywhere else on the jersey.

I hate the use of CAVS on the front of the jersey. It just looks awkward to me.

It reminds me of how the Suns put PHX on the front of theirs. I think it looks dumb personally.

They have an old alternate similar to that, but that specific one is using the new jerseys.

This article was posted on the Helmet Project message boards. Apparently a rumor that Tennessee will go all black (i.e. black helmets) this Saturday against Florida. The helmet is basically just a Tennessee version of Missouri's pro combat helmet from a couple years ago.

I just wish they'd go back to what they had a few years ago. What's wrong with them other than the fact the guy wearing them in the pictures left?

They won't be wearing black anything Saturday. Guaranteed. It will be the standard white helmet, orange jerseys, white pants.

And Tennessee orange is the most beautiful color in the world.

I don't hate the newer Cavs unis. I just think it's a regression to go from the ones I posted to those.

I think the wordmark on the front just makes them too...plain?
