        Western Kentucky's chrome may be more chrome than Oregon's chrome.

                    Rutgers debuted a new helmet today. White helmet with the stripe and R Chrome.

                                                        That's the rumor, and yes, they're commemorating Tom Harmon tonight. Won the Heisman for Michigan in 1940. Nobody's worn #98 for Michigan since.
