I wouldnt say Ohio State has said to hell with it. They wear one alternate jersey once a year. That said, I am glad they arent wearing one against michigan this year.

I thought they were? I thought the news was they had a road version of last year's Pro Combat that would be worn against Michigan this year.

Yeah Ohio State is wearing an alternate against Michigan. And since Michigan has given in to Adidas, they'll probably have an alternate also.

Well the helmet is close enough to a throwback to a previous helmet worn in the '60s (I think) so i'm not too irked by that.

It's the actually uniform that kinda pees all over tradition but I guess I can live with it for one game.

I will agree that not all traditional uniforms are awesome (Hi), but Ohio State's traditional uniforms are fairly awesome.

OSU's uniforms were better before 2006. Shouldn't have ditched the gray on the shoulders.

I don't consider the all blue Gators uniform their traditional look. This is what I think of when I think "traditional Gators"
