Cool picture, but not a fan of the chrome... teams like Notre Dame and Ohio State need to LEAVE IT ALONE..

I'm hoping the Golden Domer's go away from the chromed-out gold.. looks stupid and doesn't match with their pants at all.

A few things about this statement:

1. That's why I was glad the Huskies were smart and didn't wear their gold pants with these helmets:



2. Notre Dame and Ohio State don't have chrome helmets. Notre Dame's is gold bar design, and Ohio State's were a dark silver last night. Nowhere near as reflective as chrome, but I hear what you're saying.

3. I wouldn't exactly place the blame of ND not matching on their helmets. Their pants didn't match their old helmets either:





The tighter the jerseys get, the less they match. Plus now ND is wearing that weirder, darker gold on their pants now.

Well I guess it kinda looks better close up but seriously most of the time people will be seeing that helmet from far away so I'm sticking to my puke comment.

The hell concept is good on paper but not so great in reality.
