If I was a redskins player I would risk the concussion because the regular helmets look like doo doo with the thowbacks.

The color of St. Louis's helmet has always been navy. The shade probably changed so little from 99 to 00 that you can't tell if it's the proper throwback helmet or the current one with the old stickers.

It's the current one with different helmet stickers, I remember the Rams were one of the teams unaffected by the new rule. I wish the Redskins could still wear their leather throwback helmets, those were beautiful and they didn't look quite right today without them.

I can't stand baseball but I love the way minor league baseball teams market their games. I wish the major leagues would have as much fun.

The whole oversized logo thing was an eyesore throughout the sports scene in the mid '90s. I don't think any collegiate football team wore em but some schools had sideline t-shirts with HUGE arse logos on em. Georgia comes to mind quickly though I can't find a pic online. Some of the American teams in the CFL in '95 as well as the Toronto Argos had huge logos too.

It wasn't just the 90's. Thankfully it seems the oversized hat logo fad has disappeared. Couldn't tell you the last time I saw someone with one of those ugly monstrosities.
