I like the shade of blue but um, the rest of that uniform seems like it'd be an eyesore. I'll need to see them in action before I can make a proper judgment.

Re: OS Uni Snob Thread
So they can sell hats to college kids all around the country who buy ironic/odd named minor league baseball caps!
Our neighbor on our floor freshman year had a ton of hats like these with funny minor league team names/logos. I just sent those pics to him on FB. If he didn't already know about them, I guarantee he'll buy oneUniversity of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey

Follow up on the BMO-Raptors sponsorship deal:
There was no BMO logo on the floor. I'm guessing it was too soon to do it as the deal was only announced a couple days before the season or it won't take effect (at least on the court signage) until next season. There was plenty BMO related stuff though as their logo was on the little electronic sign by the baskets and the telecast is now officially BMO presents Raptors Basketball.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: OS Uni Snob Thread
If you live in Toledo and were having trouble finding something to do Saturday night (as if), you definitely now want to buy tickets to see the ECHL's Toledo Walleye host the Kalamazoo Wings. It's Star Wars Night. The teams will be wearing these sweaters.
The Walleye are the good guys, so they'll suit up as rebel X-wing fighters. The Wings will rock the Darth Vader look, and presumably enter to the Imperial March. There'll be a whole bunch more, including costume contests for fans, character appearances, and Star Wars-themed concessions, including Jedi Juice (ew) and Yoda Soda (heh).badComment

That's what I saw at first too. I was like "what does that symbol have anything to do with Oregon State???" I see the number now. Carry on.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles
NBA: Chicago Bulls, Minnesota Timberwolves
European Football: Manchester United, Brighton & Hove Albion
NCAA: UNI Panthers, Iowa Hawkeyes
