I didn't mind Oregon's look in the Pac 12 Championship, but I think the wings on the helmet need to always match the numbers on the jersey. If the helmet wings were yellow, that'd be an amazing look. If the numbers were silver, that'd be a damn good look.

Oregon officially putting the "O" back on the helmet for the Rose Bowl, maybe the Championship if they make it.

Images aren't uploading on my tablet, so I'll upload them when I can get to my laptop unless someone beats me to it, but here's a rundown of Nike's tweaks to the CFB Playoff uniforms.

Alabama: Elephant Skin base layer, made up of Quotes. Mettalic Nike swoosh. New black/gray Nike cleats.

Ohio State: "Woody's chalkboard" black base layer, mettalic Nike swoosh, black shoulder numbers, sliver/black pant stripes, mettalic Nike swoosh, new red/sliver Nike cleats.

Oregon: Apple green uniforms, bringing back the "O" on the helmets, mettalic Nike swoosh, Apple green/ yellow cleats. Also in the event of them being the "road team" they released white/silver/black road uniform. Both sets are complete with the "fighting ducks" logo on the sleeve.

Florida State: The tribe print color has been cropped like the away uniforms, just the mettalic Nike swoosh and nice team-themed cleats like the others.

Also, it seems all of the uniforms are a new nike design jersey template.

FWIW, the Nike swoosh supposedly has a "diamond" appearance. And as far as Ohio State, their gloves also have the Woody chalkboard background.

I think this is Mariota's first game (other than breast cancer awareness pink) wearing the O on his helmet. Love that they brought it back.

Like what Nike did for this overall.

Why doesn't Oregon's belong?

It's more of a personal jab at the overall uniform aesthetic of that school but like I said in the spoiler that's not one of their crazier designs and it's the closest thing to a traditional look like the 3 other teams are sporting.
