I don't think we have to be that formal about procedure. I was just thinking we'd have an informal discussion like "Hey, I like this" and then we all consider it and if we don't like it then it's out.

Well, yes try to avoid those, but overall don't micromanage the seeds IMO

I don't think my procedure is micromanaging seeds. Everyone ranks them once, and then it's done.

But the first round is always the best

Did we have Duke/UNC in the first round? What about Ohio State/BYU? No. We had good teams facing not so good teams, or middle level teams facing off against one another.

Okay, so here's the dilemma with that Meebo thing.

It just spits out an HTML chat that you can copy and paste into your website.

I could just post that chat thing here, and everyone could essentially see what we're deliberating. Otherwise, we'll need something else. Unless someone has their own website that we could use. Lol.

The committee will have different ideas on what to seed uniforms. There's no doubt in my mind that there'll be some teams that end up getting under/over seeded, but it won't be as severe as Watson's proposal.

I think if you log into the Meebo.com IM client, you can create a room and invite them without embedding it. I've got one created, and I can try inviting you guys.
