They're ok I guess, but they look like some Euro league or Developmental league unis. They definitely dont look collegiate nor like something that would be emulating an NBA uni.

Maybe even some Asian league unis would be a good analogy.

I can see where you're going with that analogy Giggas but the insertion of the mascot on the Lobos uniform makes it look bad not to mention the whole "everything in a box" thing going on too.

Maybe if they had "Lobos" in script lettering and put some cacti on the desert it would've been better. Still, that's one ugly looking basketball uniform.

Maybe if they had "Lobos" in script lettering and put some cacti on the desert it would've been better. Still, that's one ugly looking basketball uniform.

I disagree with not including the mascot... I think it give the uni a playfulness that has been lost with all the "pro combat" and war metaphor uniforms all over the place. It reminds me of a time like the 50's where it seemed like every school had a cartoony mascot and wasn't ashamed of it.

I guess I could agree with the cacti in the landscape. Then again, you're not going to get away from the boxy effect using the shape of New Mexico on a uniform, and I can live with it.

The thing I like the least is the collar. It needs to follow the outline of the state IMO, and have a silver stripe closer to the neck and a red stripe also on the collar.

A better angle and a little bigger, still not feeling them. I don't hate them by any means, but I don't really dig them either. I guess I'm just indifferent to em'.

That's a better pic and it looks slightly better from that angle. I'm still not feeling them though I guess one should applaud the school for trying something different.

Honestly, the biggest problem to me is something that cannot be changed. Their colors aren't good for a cartoonish style imo. Just doesn't work for me.

The difference is this is using a circle on the front, which is far more acceptable than a big *** square block. Also, this has some style to it.
