The logo looks pretty decent on a hat.

 On it's own it looks weird though.Member: OS Uni Snob Association | Twitter: @MyNameIsJesseG | #WT4M | #WatchTheWorldBurn

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

In some ways, I hope they don't. The Charlotte Hornets haven't existed in over a decade. To me, that ship sailed long ago. If you are going to do that, it should be like the Browns and Sonics. Leave the name behind. Otherwise, it just gets messy when it comes to history books. The Charlotte Hornets move to New Orleans. Later become Pelicans. Charlotte Hornets exist again. Hockey is good about that for the most part. The Jets moved, changed their name. Whalers moved, changed their name. Nordiques moved, change their name. Thrashers... will never return. The Flames is the last one I can think of that moved and didn't change the name at all (should have been a hint that Atlanta didn't need another hockey team). Although it is weird with the Jets, at least it is due to the relocation of a franchise and not the Winnipeg Manitobans or something that decided 10 years later to change the name to Jets.Comment

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

Charlotte fans would riot if they changed it to anything but Hornets. True North was going to keep the Manitoba Moose name for the Thrashers until the Winnipeg fan base campaigned hard for the Jets name to return. In some ways, I hope they don't. I agree with this. The colors are practically the same as the Cavs when LeBron was in town.Twitter - @I_am_Mr_MillerComment

 Re: OS Uni Snob Thread

When it was first announced, there was a major push to get the colors to be Green and Gold, so when you take LSU, Saints, and the Pelicans, you get Purple, Green, and Gold, Mardi Gras colors, with black mixed in.

But we can't have nice things. And may thy spirit live in us, Forever LSU
