That facemask is terrible, but other than that, not bad... but is it just me or does that new logo kind of look like Admiral Ackbar?

The facemask ruins a top drawer uniform set. Take away that weird striping and this is an A+ effort.

Facemask is weird looking, but otherwise a good looking set. I like the orange helmets too. My question though, do all 3 helmets have numbers or just the orange one? Also, are the numbers on both sides or is there a logo on the other side?

Black helmet is just black. Orange has numbers. I think on both sides...but I'm not sure. White has the logo (which makes it the weakest of the 3)

A little bit of both, but mostly the latter. It's supposed to be a throwback uniform, hence the ugly logo. Adidas is really bad with piping on their baseball uniform.

On the other hand, LSU is also busting out the 1990's throw backs tonight:

A mishmash for the Cardinals and Yankees....Interesting. So this is a throwback huh? I kinda like it though maybe the interlocking MS could've been better.

So, it looks like we won't be seeing anymore gradient numbers or letters on the front of NCAA football uniforms after today's rule change. Also won't see anymore numbers that are the same color as the jersey with a different colored outline.
