The Zephyrs, a baseball team in New Orleans, rebrand to "Baby Cakes", a term nobody actually from New Orleans or Louisiana actually uses.



HOWEVER, this rebrand gives us two Pelicans throwbacks, so we'll call it a draw



I really like the badge logo though

Zephyrs was a holdover from the Denver. There was a fan vote. Potential names included Red Eyes, Night Owls, Crawfish, Tailgators, Po Boys, and King Cakes.

The literal worst candidate won.

Utah needs to stop ****ing around and give us the Jazz back so our baseball team can be the Pelicans like God intended.
