I think it's because I engage in conversation with them. I listen to about 10% of what actually comes out their mouth and instinctively know when to laugh, smile or agree when the time comes.
Unfortunately, I can't recall any of the drunk women being attractive to me. However, I will admit that I practice my speech with them. I don't mean lines or anything like that, but many a drunk girl has taught me confidence and to just say whatever I want - and they can be some of the best judges too.

Re: Going solo....
Yea, this is me. For some reason I seem to attract the blabbering drunk. Guy or girl. Doesn't matter. They share everything to me. I'm sure this happens to other people (you for example) but it's gotta be a gift (or curse) because it doesn't happen to my friends. We can be in a group and it never fails - drunk guy or girl is approaching me with their nonsense.

I guess I'm just approachable. When I'm out with my friends or my wife they always talk to me. I remember about a month ago me and my wife went out to a bar 3 nights in a row and within minutes of us getting there each time a drunk guy starts talking to me.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: Going solo....
Well in Chicago they have cell phone antennaes throughout the subway system, plus half of their subway system is above ground anyway. They only have maybe 6 stops under ground.Comment

Re: Going solo....
I can see the pros to going out alone. I went out the other night with some Chicago cops and it was alright.
I have a girl so I wasn't trying to do anything bad.
If I'm ever single again I would definitely try the solo approach.
Based on what I saw: the single guys in a group looked like a pack of hungry sharks roaming the club trying to find prey.
SpoilerI had a big ego boost when this absolutely gorgeous barbie looking materialistic girl with a very short skirt and great body just started "dancing" on me. She looked like a Victoria's Secret angel. I was posted up not doing anything and was just hanging out. Needless to say the Chicago guys talked me up after that one.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

Re: Going solo....
Only problem with doing this here is that if I'm going to go alone, I'm going to have to knock back a few beers to make the evening enjoyable, and obviously not a good idea to drive home after. One of the perks with going out in a group is that someone is the driver.Comment

Re: Going solo....
I wanna know what Clubs you go to, either in Chicago or in Vermont or anywhere, where this exists at then because to say Women are scared off by a group setting? Please they roll to the Club just AS deep with their Female Compadres, if not deeper.
Going Solo projects high self esteem(if you have low self esteem anyway then you probably shouldn't be in a Club in the first place)and high confidence but going in a group doesn't?
And then this part:
They check you out and say to themselves wow, check out that confident dude chillin, he must have his act together. Let me go over there and see what he is working with
A. Have a good time and enjoy themselves
B. Look for someone to take home that night.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: Going solo....
I've always liked going to the movies by myself. I often prefer my own company, and I guess it's due to the fact that I grew up as virtually an only child. I never really tried the solo thing at the club, though. Depends on what I was looking for. If I was just trying to chill and not really looking for anything, I would go with a bunch of dudes. But if I was on the hunt for someone to get into, I would usually go with one or two of my homeboys, depending on how big the club was. Once inside, we'd go our separate ways, usually reconvening periodically to see if someone was going to have a "layover". So it was kind of like being solo, although we came in a group.Comment
