Is this weird?
Lately i've been waking up at 5:30 AM every single morning. I mean like exactly 5:30 or with in a minute or two. Could this be i've gotten my sleep for the day or what?Tags: None -

I do the same thing. Some people just have a really good internal clock.Because I live in van down by the river... -
Re: Is this weird?
I started doing this a few weeks ago and went from struggling to wake up before 10:30 () to now waking up before 9:00 with ease. It seemed like it was just a switch. One day I woke up at 8:30 and felt fine, and have been ever since

Re: Is this weird?
I've been getting up at 8 the past week or two. I know sometime within the past few months for about a week or two, I was sleeping until 10, 1030 with ease.
I've never really been a person who sleeps in, usually a morning person (though not a particularly early riser, just ready & alert when I wake up without any caffeine or aids) so it was weird. I guess that's just how the cycle goes. I don't stay up too late, either. Get off work around 9 or 10, do whatever until 11 or 12 then hit the hay.NHL - Philadelphia Flyers

Re: Is this weird?
I get into grooves where if I sleep early enough I wake up at like 6 AM every morning so it's not too unusual. The internal body clock can do some amazing things. A great example is when I know I have to wake up early for a trip I usually think about having to be up at that time and voila! I'm up at the right time and don't even need an alarm clockMember of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: Is this weird?
No it's not weird.
I hardly ever need to use an alarm because I wake up before it. Right now I set my alarm for 5:00 a.m. but always wake up at 4:50 ish.
A few months ago I needed to wake up at 6:00 for work, and I woke up at 5:50 ish.
I set my alarm every night, but it never goes off. The only time it goes off is when I need to change what time I wake up, and usually in those situations I wake up before the alarm.
On a side note, I have this thing where I have to check my alarm to make sure it is set, and correct, at least 5 times before I can go to sleep. Kinda weird that I do this and I never need it.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: Is this weird?
If I go to bed at a decent time, I wake up at 5:55AM, 5 minutes before my alarm. Never fails.
I think my mind hates being woken up by an alarm.Comment

Re: Is this weird?
Back in high school, I would usually wake up minutes before my alarm went off.
Now that I'm in college and have a horribly irregular sleep and wakeup time schedule, I can't say the same now.Comment

Re: Is this weird?
As soon as the sun is up I'm up. So around April to until October I usually wake up before my alarm.
I remember when I worked at 9:30 am I would hate having to wake up earlier than I had to so I had to get black curtains for my room.
Funny, I'm from Alaska so I had to get used to sleeping when the sun was up at 4 am and doesn't go down until close to midnight in the summer.Comment
