ebay help
I recently sold a copy of MLB the Show 10 on ebay on May 2nd and mailed it away on the 3rd. I noticed that the buyer never left me feedback and just today they sent me a message saying the game won't play, but I know they have had to have had that game at least 7-9 days and I always sale games I owned and I take extreme care of my games. I am almost as bad as the kid in the movie "The Ringer" when I see a tiny scratch. He says he wants to return it, but I get the feeling I am getting the game back in less than condition then I sent it out as. What should I do? Besides quit selling on ebay. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks.GO COLTS

Re: ebay help
It doesn't really help with this situation, but in the future you could always put something about no returns in the description so you don't have to worry about things like this happening. That might turn some potential buyers off, but it saves you the trouble of having to worry.Fan of....

Re: ebay help
Yeah, I guess I should have added that I have it at no returns, sorry about that, but I agree it really helps weed out the unwanted buyers. I know that game got there quick because I live about two hours from the buyer, I usually hit the post office first thing in the morning and always use a bubble mailer, but for some reason he says it just won't play. My guess is the game got damaged after he received it and he now wants me to bite the bullet.
However just know he will probably leave you negative feedback and if that's not worth it to you biting the bullet on this one might be worth it. Depends on what you think.Comment

Re: ebay help
If you have your policy listed as no returns, then you are within your rights to not accept a return. I would reply to him saying that you are sorry, but you just cannot accept returns, it is listed in your policy, the buyer accepts all risk of the item when buying from a no returns policy seller, and because it was in useable condition when you sent it you aren't responsible for it being broken in transit (because of COURSE the buyer didn't break it... don't even imply that!)

Re: ebay help
He has already sent me a message about how the game is in great condition, but just won't play. So he has basically just hurt his argument. I told him that it sounds like a case of his PS3 not working properly. He hasn't said anything yet.GO COLTS
