Re: Wild Animals on the Loose in Ohio

Exotic animals need to be handled only by professionals (like at a zoo) or by those who are qualified to do so. The application to harbor these exotic animals needs to be thorough to make sure that the home is safe and the person has the means to meet all the animal's needs.

Or just keep it to the zoo and remove all that headache. If you really need to own a lion, work for the zoo. Sorry.

There already were plans to phase out exotic pet ownership in Ohio over the course of 10 years, Enigma. Apparently they were set to go into effect in november though. Really It's not somthing you can just do bang, bang, and this isn't coming from me, but Jack Hannah.

Set the law now... no new animals can be bought, traded or sold. That can be BANG BANG!

The rest of the time, phase out, whatever they wanna call it with seizures over the course for the animals to be put in reserves and and zoos around the world.

About an hour away from my hometown. Crazy stuff.

I have seen some crazy pets in Ohio before, but never a whole freaking zoo.

The fact that he was allowed to own those pets with his mental status is just insane.

BTW, in my home town, there is a guy who walks around with a huge snake around his neck. Weirdest thing ever. I guess Ohio really loves their bat **** crazy animals.

I read that one of the animals ran up and bit the guy after he shot himself. Guess that was its way of payback for the bad living conditions he apparently had them in.

Sad photo. I'd still rather see them just put down then be in cages and put back in captivity. They were doomed as soon as they were put into captivity originally. The picture is sad, but doesn't make me sick to my stomach. I still regret a day I watched a video about the treatment of animals in the food industry. There is a whole lot worse that's done and accepted to animals every day.
