                Suggestion: OS OT fantasy football league.

                It's on ESPN.com and at the moment is a 20 team league.

                I'm still working out the rest of the details and won't have them fully ironed out until tomorrow morning, but just throwing it out there.

                    I'd be down, as long as the draft time works. Weekends are rough for me.

                            I went to Wrigley during my visit to Chicago. The day I went, it was pouring rain and the game got postponed after like, a three hour delay.

                                    I'd be down as well, but only if you still have room after all the vets got in.... wouldn't want to displace someone who's been here longer than I.

                                            In Wisconsin, we can work someone that many hours per week. The key is they can't average over a certain amount of hours in a 12 week period. When I worked at Kmart, they would schedule me 30+ hours for 10 weeks then cut my hours big time to avoid paying benefits. They would receive notifications from corporate if I was approaching full time status and cut my hours accordingly. They had me sign a waiver at one point for "seasonal full time" so they could schedule me 35+ hours over a few months period without paying any benefits. I just wanted money and didn't care about insurance so I jumped on.

                                            Now that I'm in management at another retailer, we just try to play fair and schedule part timers a steady amount of hours that stays under the threshold for full time. Only time anyone goes over is if there's alot of vacation time we're trying to cover or we have multiple people quit at once.
