                                I use both Netflix and Hulu+ for different reasons.

                                The Hulu ads can be annoying and uncalled for, considering it's a paid service, but it helps me stay caught up on some of my favorite shows (Parks and Rec, Shark Tank, etc). It also allowed me to catch up on Community, which is now one of my favorite shows on TV.

                                You could probably get a trial with either one to see if they are worth it to you.

                                        West Wing appearing on Netflix was both a blessing and a curse. I have no desire to do anything else but watch another episode.

                                        I'm sure I can find another job once I get through all seven seasons.

                                                        No... Why you have Win8? Unless you got a new Computer during the time span it was Publicly Release and all computers came with it... Why you have it? It feels made for Tablets.
