Re: Off Topic 2012
I think so. I took out Alabama Delanda Est in order to put GT's titles (which I could not do before) and just kept adding stuff, like the #WT4M, bolded Charter Member of, and the underscoresAnd may thy spirit live in us, Forever LSU

Yeah, I copied your signature into my edit sig box and clicked the switch edit mode button so it would show all the coding then copied into word to do a word count. Yours is 999 characters without spaces and 1022 characters with spaces. For comparison, mine is 528/551.Steelers : IX, X, XIII, XIV, XL, XLIII

Re: Off Topic 2012
Gosh darnit, why won't this thing work. I keep trying to edit my signature so that the years that my teams won championships are lined up but no matter if I put spaces or INDENT BBCode after the ":" to make the indent, it always deletes them.:
This is how I want it to look (minus the border of course)

Find recipes you think you will enjoy and go for it. That's basically all I've been doing. I know cooking can be intimidating (a lot of it still is to me), but once you start doing it you get the hang of it and start learning the ropes. Also, invest in a slow cooker. Easily the best purchase you will make.

Re: Off Topic 2012
Thanks for the site, I would try to do some of those but is there a difficulty differentiator in every recipe? I'm new to cooking and I would like to do something different, good and not so difficult. Maybe I could have problems with some specific ingredients that maybe I can't found here.

Re: Off Topic 2012
For you guys learning how to cook, here's the best advice I can give you.
1. Keep a low flame. (this is like a chefs catch phrase) It's like "break a leg" but in chefs terms.
2. It's not rocket science, as long as you don't burn whatever it is your cooking, it can be fixed. Which basically means, just follow rule #1.
3. Get a good knife, and take good care of it.
You may continue with your culinary hijinks.Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon. Of all the professions, after all, few people are less suited to be suddenly thrown into the public eye than chefs. We're used to doing what we do in private, behind closed doors.Comment
