It's been one hell of a day.
Work was as chaotic as it's ever been, between running around getting prepared for our supervisor meeting and taking care of some unhappy customers. We did process install payments for close to $10k today and I'm positive comping for the year 34% from last year, when someone else had the position. As long as my numbers are good, I don't get questioned.
My numbers would be even better if the whole house generator installers would get off their *** and stop being lazy. I'm about to fix this problem, though.. one quick phone call to their boss. I wouldn't normally do that, but I've given them plenty of chances to get better about contacting our customers. They're costing our company and theirs a lot of money. People are afraid to lose power, with all the storms and are looking to invest in the generators.
