In my kitchen our shifts are designated by numbers. I have 9 kitchen positions, 1-9. 4 Chef's positions, 1-4, etc...

I just finished the schedule for the next four weeks for the entire staff.

One of my kitchen workers has this schedule from 1-23 to 1-29.

Mon 8
Tues 6
Wed 7
Thurs 5
Fri 3
Sat Off
Sun 9
