The closer it gets to Valentine's Day the more of a keeper my chick becomes. She's already showered me with gifts, is cool that I spent all my $ on Louisville basketball tickets for tonight's game that she's not going to, and to top it off she's cooking dinner tomorrow night at her place and all she wants from me is to show up after class and spend the night. I might have to propose tonight cause she's a keeper. Or maybe I can just brand her like they do cattle, mark her as mine so others keep their hands off.

This inept Walmart employ would not let me return my UNUSED/UNOPENED tax software. She said we don't accept returns for tax software. Yes, if it was used. This was clearly unused.

Anyway, I called the corporate number to complain, and they told me that the stores manager would be in touch with-in 3 business days.

I, however, am not satisfied. I printed out Walmarts Store policies, and it clearly states, "computer software must be returned within 90 days in the original and unopened packaging with a receipt to receive a refund or exchange."

Now, I have two options. I can sit and wait for this manager to contact me, or I stop by armed with the return policy and raise hell. I am leaning towards raising hell. However, I think I can pull off getting a gift card when the manager calls, along with money back.
