I'm not a huge spinach guy, but the spinach & corn was awesome. The chicken & potatoes are a given, they were amazing. Having a gf that cooks almost every night makes me a happy and very lucky guy.

Seriously though, growing up in a house where Mom and Grandma fight over who cooks that day doesnt much opportunity to cook anything other than breakfast. And watching them prep and cut and season etc just made it seem so difficult.

Meaningless thing I found out that i'm sure is common knowledge to you all:

I never knew that Michigan is called "The Mitt" but lo and behold I found this out while watching coverage of the AZ and MI primaries last night. The shape of a majority of Michigan actually DOES look like a mitt!

Hm, maybe that's why a certain politician goes by Mitt
