The last 3 or 4 episodes are just straight up rough, but its such a catharsis for both the show and the viewer. I don't think any other show has come close to making me feel the way Six Feet Under did. I definiely agree with you about the finale - hands down the best I've seen of any show.

Re: Off Topic 2012
Just found out via Facebook that my great grandfather passed away last night after a long battle with Alzheimer's/dementia...he was 80. While he wasn't a blood relative (married to my great grandmother but was not my grandmother's father), he treated us and loved us all the same and we always viewed him and thought of him as blood. I was fortunate enough to see him on Sunday for the last time and he appeared to be in good spirits despite everything. Up until the last few months or so he was sharp mentally, and if you stuck a deck of cards in front of him he'd still play Cinch better than most. It's horrible to see him go, but he's in a better place now and I'm sure he's already got a cast in the water with a beer in his free hand. RIP Pop.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Re: Off Topic 2012
I started investing %10 of my check to the shared/stock plan they have at work, when each stock as $29..
In a little over two years, It's gained almost $20 in value for each stock, so I'm looking to catch out here in about a month + we'll be getting our profit sharing check around the same time. It's the biggest our store has ever received (close to $50,000) + supervisors get double.. so I'll get a nice one.
I'm looking to take every bit of it and put it into my savings. Just seems like the smart thing to do, since I blew my income tax on crap..Comment

I remember how obsessed I was when the first SSX title came out, I played it all the damn time. Never went back, but I've always looked for a game like that ever since.
Does it have split screen?Comment

The automatic synching of scores is an awesome feature. It will definitely keep you playing to try and beat other people's scores.Last edited by Fresh Tendrils; 03-02-2012, 12:33 PM.

Re: Off Topic 2012
man what a swing in temperature this week is going to bring! So today and the next couple days it's going to feel like 17ish degrees fahrenheit but this time next week it's going to be 53ish!
I hate it when there's that kind of swing going on "grumbles" though warmer weather is always welcomedMember of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Or will it be Optimus Pryme?Originally posted by Anthony BourdainThe celebrity chef culture is a remarkable and admittedly annoying phenomenon.
